eeji Terms & Conditions - Official Legal Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and eeji ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "eeji.cam") regarding your access to and use of the eeji website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an eeji account, accessing our platform, placing bets, playing games, or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating an account.

eeji operates under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms are subject to Philippine law and jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an eeji account, place bets, or participate in any gaming activities on our platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. eeji reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from using the Service or entering into this Agreement.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Service is intended for users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. You are prohibited from using the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal, restricted, or prohibited. eeji employs geo-location technology to verify your location, and circumventing such technology constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) eeji account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of eeji, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and national identification details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur.

3.2 Verification Requirements

eeji is required by law to verify the identity of all users. You must provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably requested by eeji to complete the verification process. Verification may be required before you can make withdrawals or access certain features. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify eeji if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out from your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered by eeji.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. eeji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Payment Methods

eeji accepts deposits through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), over-the-counter payments (7-Eleven Cliqq), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and other methods as may be offered from time to time. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and you must be the authorized account holder.

4.2 Deposit Limits

eeji may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits depending on your chosen payment method, account status, and verification level. You may also set your own deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming tools. Deposits are credited to your eeji account immediately upon successful processing, subject to payment provider processing times.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You are strictly prohibited from using third-party payment methods or depositing funds that do not belong to you. All deposits must originate from accounts in your own name. eeji reserves the right to refuse deposits, reverse transactions, and close accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on eeji are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the User.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and typically completed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements and fraud prevention checks.

5.2 Verification for Withdrawals

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, eeji may require you to provide additional verification documents to confirm your identity, payment method ownership, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in withdrawal delays or denial.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply depending on your chosen withdrawal method and account verification level. VIP members may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. eeji reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, eeji will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative, subject to verification and compliance requirements.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

If you have claimed bonuses or participated in promotions, your withdrawal may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. You must fulfill all wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Offers

eeji offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal limitations. You must read and understand the applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

eeji reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at eeji's sole discretion.

6.3 Right to Modify or Cancel

eeji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotional cancellation, eeji will handle any affected users fairly and in accordance with the promotion's stated terms.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All Users must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting software vulnerabilities;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or third-party software to place bets;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or syndicate play;
• Taking advantage of errors in game logic, odds calculation, or payout mechanisms;
• Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or money laundering.

7.2 Game Integrity

All games offered by eeji use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the game provider. eeji does not have the ability to manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any player.

7.3 Betting Limits

eeji may impose minimum and maximum betting limits on individual games, events, or your account as a whole. These limits may vary based on game type, your account history, and risk management considerations.

7.4 Void Bets and Cancellations

eeji reserves the right to void bets and cancel transactions in the event of:

• Technical errors or malfunctions affecting game outcomes or odds;
• Incorrect odds or payout calculations due to human or system error;
• Detection of fraud, collusion, or prohibited activities;
• Events affected by match-fixing or other forms of corruption;
• Games or events that are cancelled, postponed, or abandoned according to applicable sporting rules.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the eeji platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, audio, video, and all other materials (the "Content"), is the property of eeji, our licensors, or other third parties and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Service;
• Create derivative works based on eeji's Content or technology;
• Use eeji's trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Service on another website.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by eeji

eeji reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, and forfeit account balances if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information during registration, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to eeji or other users.

9.2 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting eeji customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. eeji is not responsible for any funds left in closed accounts.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases. All licenses granted herein terminate, and you must cease all use of eeji's intellectual property. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions, shall remain in effect.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, EEJI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "EEJI PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE;
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT;
• TECHNICAL FAILURES, INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, OR BUGS IN THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE EEJI PARTIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO EEJI IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent risks and that you participate at your own risk. eeji does not guarantee that you will win or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Complaints Process

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you must first contact eeji customer support to attempt an informal resolution. You agree to provide eeji with a reasonable opportunity to address your concerns before pursuing formal legal action.

11.3 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

eeji reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the eeji website.

Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.
